Hi. When I bought my ibook, I also purchased Microsoft Word, etc. However, my ibook broke, so I recently bought a macbook. I want to use Microsoft Word on my new computer but I don't have the packaging and stuff from when I originally bought it, and I don't want to have to buy Microsoft again. I downloaded Neooffice which is pretty good, but there are some things I miss from Microsoft Word, like the Notebook program. Is there anyway I can get a new code for Microsoft without having to buy it again?

nope. however it might be worth it to buy office again because the old office would run poorly on your macbook since it was written for powerpc. office '08 is optimized for the intel processors.

check with your school. many places have nice discounts on software, especially stuff like ms office.

How about if you do a transfer from your iBook to Macbook by firewire? Can you do that?
